Job Description:

As a Management Trainee, he/she should have a growth mindset and a commitment to


learning. Should be highly observant, willing to assist wherever possible, and eager to readily
engage with teams (Management & Engineers) outside of their area of specialization.

Management Trainee Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree and a Postgraduate degree in a relevant Non-Engineering /


Engineering (Combination) discipline.
● Live line Project experience will be an advantage.
● Excellent English speaking & writing skills.
● Knowledge of Analytical Tools and Mathematical Calculations skills.
● Knowledge of using Google tools
● Knowledge of DFMEA Methodology will be an advantage.
● Knowledge of 7 QC & 8D Methodology will be an advantage.
● Knowledge of SPC Methodology will be an advantage.
● Knowledge of Making presentation decks and charts
● CAD - CREO / CATIA / Solid Edge / Solid Works Tools and working knowledge will be
an advantage.
● A valid driver’s license (2 wheeler) will be an advantage.

Management Trainee Responsibilities:

● Understanding project requirements and completing all duties assigned by the


Supervisor.
● Shadowing senior staff members, asking questions, and assisting wherever possible.
● Raising concerns and making suggestions for improvement where appropriate.
● Conducting research and traveling to sites.
● Observe health and safety regulations at all times.
● Participating in meetings and attending workshops and other training initiatives.
● Analyzing data and writing reports according to specifications.
● Take notes and share your findings with your Supervisor and other relevant
stakeholders.
● Establishing professional relationships with staff.
● Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and diligence.
● A growth mindset and willingness to accept feedback.

Other Information:

1. Arrival at Chennai 2nd July 2023


2. Airfare from Home location to Chennai will be provided and train fare for those living
within the range of 500 Kms
3. OYO / Budget Hotel arrangement on shared basis will be provided for 7 days
4. Plant based trainees can avail company bus service (Chennai Manufacturing Facilities
Only)
5. No Company bus service for Non Plant locations in Chennai and other cities
6. Induction Period - 3rd July to 21st July 2023
7. Deployment to Projects starting 25th July 2023
8. Project evaluation end of every month
9. 2/3 Shirts or tshirts will be provided in the 1st week of joining
10. Laptops will be provided in the 1st week of Joining
11. Individuals will have to make their own arrangements to travel starting 10th July 2023
(Subjective to what can be reimbursed).
