Infotech Payroll App – User Guide

Hi,
We are pleased to introduce the new payroll system
– Infotech for our Singapore office.

The new system will enable us to view and


download payslips on your mobile phones , via the
infotech Mobile App.
The short user guide provides information on
activating and using the app.
This is an initiative to digitalise our payroll
processing and henceforth payslips will be available
on this platform only.

Please Note:
• Kindly use the mobile app only to view the details from the app.
• Please do not make any changes to personal particulars through the app.
• All payslips since January 2022 are available on the app, you may login to
view/download.
• You may also choose to password protect your payslip on the settings of the app. Go
To : Settings-> enable: secure payslip & IR8a. You may contact June/Niveditha in
case you need any help.
• We will update you as and when there are any improvements and additional
features ( eg claim submission) to the app
