This course is designed to show the importance of an organization in an educational institution and how it should be managed properly. Moreover, this
course focuses on the human behavior in the workplace as one of the key factors in an organization. It aims to recognize the challenges and opportunities
individuals may acquire from the application of concepts in the organization. It identifies the major behavioral science disciplines that contribute to
organizational behaviour.
