I, JOSE N. FEDERICO, of legal age, married to Emolyn Federico, Filipino


citizen, and a resident of Poblacion Norte, Caba, La Union, after having been duly sworn
to in accordance with law, depose and say:

That I am a co-owner of the following described real properties, to wit:

b)Agricultural 2,574 sq.m. Sagayad,SFC. 115903/025-2021001565

That these are the only properties declared in our names within the City of San
Fernando and no other properties declared in our names within the province of La
Union;

That the aggregate landholdings we own within the province of La Union does
not exceed five (5) hectares;

That this affidavit is executed for all legal intents and purposes;
