Time: 03:00hrs. Full Marks: 40/Pass Marks: 16
Subject: Engineering Drawing

1. Draw an ellipse with major and minor axis of 90mm and 60 mm


respectively : (7 marks)

2. Draw an involute of circle having diameter of 60mm: (7 marks)

3. Draw a regular pentagon on a circumscribing circle of 50 mm


diameter: (7 marks)

4. A rectangle ABCD 60mm*40mm is parallel to HP with one of its


sides inclined at 30 º to VP and the end of the side near to VP is
15mm in front of the VP and 30mm above the HP. Draw its
projection. (7 marks)

5. Determine the shortest distance between the point C and AB.
