community will be introduced to student observers in Field Study 1. These opportunities and
prospects for career development are provided to them through observation of the school's
structure and facilities, as well as the teachers, the students, and their parents. This
observation course also provides them with opportunities to improve their communication
skills as they exchange ideas with their peers. This observation encompasses how instructors
engage with students, parents, and other stakeholders, as well as how they interact with their
other.
In school, we are assigned to do our field work. My field experience will take place in
Nonoc Elementary School at Brgy. Nonoc Surigao City. During my stay there, I was able to
observe and observe how teachers educate, how they deal with children's conduct, and how
they manage their classrooms but somehow due to the pandemic that happened today there is
no learners’ in the school or face to face classes took place, there is a sudden changes in
education which is now in a Modular Setting . I'll write about my field experience and what
I've learned in the classroom in the article. I'm also going to try to create links between what
I've studied in my education class and what I've learned about educational psychology.

Belief on Teaching
As a student and a future teacher, I believe that maintaining a high level of
motivation in the classroom is one of the most effective ways to accelerate
learning. While students have their own motivations for learning, we will play
an important role in helping them retain and increase their drive. Innovative
instructional strategies can also help to build students' confidence. Creative
teaching involves showing students how the class material relates to their own
lives and the real world. This will help kids develop a stronger sense of purpose.
I feel that learning about our potential students' backgrounds and getting to
know them will help us build the most relevant lesson plans.
Belief on Learning
Learning is a vital, innate, ongoing, and lifelong activity, in my opinion. As a
prospective teacher, my wish is for everyone to be able to learn and for
appropriate expectations that challenge all students. They must also be able to
demonstrate a desire to learn and perceive all interactions as opportunities to
teach and learn. Because assessment's primary purpose is to improve learning, it
provides an opportunity for all students to demonstrate what they know, value,
and can achieve. I also believe that learning is a process of making sense of the
world, thus we should be concerned with understanding development and
acknowledging that notions are constructed and subject to modification. Since
learners come in a variety of shapes and sizes, we must recognize and adapt to
their differences and learning methods.

can be reached either by the sea through motor pumboat and a 30 minutes ride from Surigao
City. The total area provided for the school development was 860 square meters. This time
the enrollment was increased. Nonoc Elementary School started its way of developing the
minds of children in the year 1940. The pioneering class has graduated last 1946. Nonoc
Nonoc Elementary School derived its name from a local tree called “balete”
which was found to have been in a great abundance in area. Its locals sometimes would claim

DOCUMENTATION IN ALL SCHOOL-REALATED ACTIVITIES
This was happened on November 8 to 9 where the teachers conduct a meeting for the teacher
and parents. It is titled as “ School Based Cascading of Teachers’ and Parents’ Training on
Beginning and Developing Reading for Elementary Grades”. This is for the learners who
have difficulty in readings and sounding the alphabet. Training for the parents on how to
teach their child the sounds of the letter at home while there is nce to face classes took place.
This was the time that we’re not allowed to bring learners in the classroom for a reading
session because of the pandemic, so we ourselves go to the learners’ house to do a reading
session with the learners and to know if they are able to read the letters that presented to them
and to know if they knew what was the sound of each letters.
This time we visited grade 1 learners to see if they could construct their name properly and to
see if they know the alphabet and its soundings. This learners are the only learners that we
visited because according to Ma’am Nelsan, they are the learners who need to improve in
reading and writing.
Preparing the module to distribute. This was the time when where arranging the module for
distribution. Parents only are allowed to go to school to take the modules of the learners.
They are not allowed to go in if they are not wearing facemask and sanitizing.
After the retrieval of the answered module on a givin date and time, its time to check.

Reflection
For almost two months of doing my Field Study in Nonoc Elementary School I saw
that they still lacked facilities just like the medical clinic, especially now that we are facing a
pandemic. For me a school that fosters a physically healthy environment is the type of school
that I find most favorable to studying. Every students needs to go to a school where they may
administration that pays attention to the learners complaints and suggestions. As a result, both
the school and the learners will be able to form positive relationships with one another. A
nice educational environment is also helpful for the learners. What I mean is that a good
school that foster positive relationships with its community, church, government, and citizens
is commendable. We should reassure pupils that is safe to study by physically assuring them
As a future teacher, I’ve learned that we should always pay attention to our students’
most visible traits so that we may build a learning atmosphere that is most appropriate for
