I think in this sentence they main idea is being wise and strategic. As a manager I think we need
to have a staff who is talented, flexible, and had a good communication skill, especially in oral, written,
and technological. It’s because being productive means, a team can able work more productively as
one, they can produce more output without increasing any cost, and instead they can help to reduce it
and improve their management and office together as one.

I think the term shrinking staffs is defined as the value to determine the total required staffing
levels necessary to meet your business goals. In other words, it’s the amount of over-scheduling you
must perform in order to have the right number of agents working at any given time of the day.

important to all office management to have these qualities because it can help not only in the side of the
employees, but also in the management as well because they can work easily, they can create and make
output faster and better and they can also improve the system that they had before, so I think it is a

We cannot achieve success if we didn’t help each other. Always remember in an office or organization
everyone is important, and each one of us has a purpose, so we need to have unity, good
communication and relationship so that we can build a strong and powerful management. Because we
don’t work for each other, instead We work with each other.
I think in this situation it is one of the issues or problems that some agents in an office are facing
today. I believe that being a manager we should always posses’ good attitude and right conduct. We
need to be fair and equal to our employees, so that there where no individual will suffer from this kind
of treatment. We are here to work, with equal pay, equal opportunity, and right treatment. So, if you are
experiencing this kind of treatment never be afraid to talk and fight for what is right for you.
When I hear the word teamwork the first thing that comes to my mind is a group of people
working together with one aim, and one goal. And it is one of the most important skills needed in a
business.

For me flexibility is a skill where you can be able to multi-task in a business, because when you
are flexible you can be able to full fill a position who is lacking in terms of skilled agents or workers.
And as a manager you need to possess this kind of skill because it can help not only in the business but
also to improve your abilities and capabilities as a manager.

I think it symbolize our consistency, honesty and trust for our work and team. If you have trust
to your workmates then you can be able to work as one and being competent means you are able to
give your best and perform well, since you work as one with one mission and goals.
4. Commitment
It is also one of the most important skills needed in a business. Having a commitment means you
give all of your trust, effort, and yourself. It is also the feeling of responsibility that a person has
towards the goals, mission, and vision of the organization you worked with.

Trust is one of the most important aspects in a business, because teamwork begins by building a
trust. And the only way to do that is to respect, accept, and love each other because you are a family in
this team. You have one mission and that is to have success in your company or business.

There are several factors that might affect the workplace environment, and I think one of the
most common factors is the pandemic. This pandemic brought major adjustments especially on our
way of communication, socialization and interaction, that is why there is a huge change in our
workplace environment.
I believe it’s because on our personal beliefs and opinions, because people nowadays are more
self centered and they had their own decisions in life. For me, I see this in a positive way because I
think agents and employees now adays are more disciplined, responsible and have integrity.
I believe the best comparison from before is that employees and workers of todays generation
are more powerful because they had a knowledge on technology, as we all know we are in a modern
era. So, it is a must that we had a knowledge on how to use technology. Also, the communication skills
are improved especially on oral and written, that is why it is easy for them to communicate and work
faster and better.
4.Technology used.
Since we are in a modern world, the equipment’s and skills of the workers in terms of using
technology are also improved. We have different online website where we can use in communication,
on selling our products and promoting our business. Aside from that, we can used different high-tech
equipment and machines that will help our workers to work faster and innovative.
Flexibility in today’s workplace is more improved than before because we can hire a more
talented employee, who is good at communication skills, technological skills and written skills. Being
flexible in a work place is important since it can help to reduce the workloads of a certain position who
needs help and through this aspect you can be able to motivate your co-workers to improved
themselves by escaping from their own shell, to developed their hidden talent and skills that will be
able to help not only their colleagues but also the organization that they work with.
