RX MODULE REQUIRNMENTS

The requirements for the Rx module are stated below with screens and their precedence.

Screen # 1: Patient Queue


1. New button to register a new patient in the queue.
2. Prescription Button to open the optical prescription page to enter the prescription of
that patient.
3. Medical button to open the medical page to enter the medical prescription of that
patient.
4. POS button to open POS screen with that patient selected to make the bill.
5. Client order button to open Client order page with that patient selected to make a client
order.
6. Print button to print prescriptions.
7. Color changes of check-in patients and check-out patients. Check-out can be determined
if a bill or order has been made of that patient.
8. Other filters like previous date patients queue and patient visits search. Same
functionality as on client order page

Screen # 2: Prescription

1. Age of the patient to be shown on the page.


2. Next check-up date to be shown on the page to be selected. A default duration can be
set for the date. In case of a change doctor can change the next check-up date of that
person. Sms trigger to run on that date to remind patient of their checkup.
3. Scrolls of each tab in prescription details to be made. Scroll must be touch capable,
mouse scroll capable and could be moved with arrow keys. Each field must be alpha
numeric so that datatype restriction is not there. User can customize the list of each
field.
4. Last selected Doctor remains selected on next patient as well.

Screen # 3: Medical
1. Basic patient info as shown in prescription page
2. History tab with the option to select multiple items in history list. History list can be
made by user as well
3. Diagnosis tab with the option to select multiple items in diagnosis list. Diagnosis list can
be made by user as well.
4. Treatment section has 2 divisions:
a. Medicine prescribed can be selected among medicine list made in medicine
category.
b. Regime against each medicine will show the usage of the medicine – this will be
printed in both English and Urdu. On selecting English text its corresponding
Urdu version must also be selected. User can fill this regime list.
5. Investigation tab with the option to select multiple items in investigation list.
Investigation list can be made by user as well.
6. Next check-up date to be shown on the page to be selected. Next checkup date option
can be disabled or enabled. Sms trigger to run on that date to remind patient of their
checkup.
7. Remarks section to enter any remarks if needed.
8. Last eye prescription of the patient to be shown on this page and printed as well.
9. Medical history option to show all previous medical prescriptions of the patient

 All these list must have long character limit as textual data is to be feed in it.
