Figures), Philippine currency, paid by the Vendee, the VENDOR hereby sells, transfers, and conveys by
way of absolute sale on “as is, where is” basis unto the VENDEE, the above-described vehicle; and

That the VENDOR, further covenants that it owns and has the right to sell and transfer the
vehicle described above and will defend the same against the claims of any and all persons
whatsoever.

That any liability to third parties that may be incurred by the VENDEE after the date of
execution of this deed involving or arising from the use of the vehicle subject of this deed shall be
solely for the account of and responsibility of the VENDEE.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the VENDOR, and VENDEE have hereunto caused these presents to be
