CLUTCH
Clutch adalah sebuah
komponen yang berfungsi untuk
memutus dan menyambung
putaran dari engine ke transmisi.

A new disc is 10 mm thick and has a


wear limit ot 7 mm

CLUTCH
Clutch merupakan salah satu komponen yang sulit diprediksi
umurnya, dikarenakan umur komponen yang satu ini tergantung
dari cara operasi dan kondisi medan kerja. Clutch baru mempunyai
tebal sekitar 10 mm dan limit untuk penggantian adalah 7 mm.
Dalam pengoperasian Clutch, seorang driver tidak
diperbolehkan menginjak atau melepas pedal clutch setengah-
setengah. Hal ini akan berdampak pada keausan disc clutch yang
disebabkan oleh gesekan berlebih antara disc clutch dengan fly
wheel. Ketika terjadi gesekan yang berlebih pada disc clutch, maka
akan muncul peringatan “CLUTCH OVERLOAD” pada Monitor panel.

Perawatan adalah suatu kegiatan service untuk mencegah timbulnya keausan yang
tidak normal ( kerusakan ) sehingga Umur alat dapat mencapai atau sesuai umur yang
direcomendasikan oleh pabrik.

TUJUAN PERAWATAN :
1. Agar alat selalu siap pakai/operasi ( high availability = berdaya guna phisak
yang tinggi )‫‏‬
2. Agar alat selalu dalam kemampuan prima, berdaya guna mekanis yang paling
tinggi ( best performance )‫‏‬
3. Agar biaya perbaikan alat menjadi lebih hemat ( reduce repair cost )‫‏‬

SASARAN PERAWATAN :
1. Memaksimumkan waktu operasi / produksi
 Mencegah kemungkinan terjadinya gangguan atau hambatan pada saat operasi.
 Mengetahui kondisi unit yang digunakan untuk menyiapkan suku cadang.
 Mengatasi gangguan dengan cepat pada saat operasi.
 Memanfaatkan mesin dalam keadaan layak operasi.
 Mencegah hal – hal yang membahayakan keselamatan.

alat dibeli dan hingga alat tersebut discrap.

Agar perawatan bisa dilakukan dengan baik perlu dukungan yang baik pula Dari
beberapa Department di perusahaan tersebut. Salah satunya adalah Pengoperasian
Dan Perawatan yang dilakukan oleh OPERATOR.

Dari banyaknya Kegiatan Service di samping OPERATOR hanya melakukan


yang Periodic Inspection 10 hours ( daily ) saja.

Oleh karena itu OPERATOR harus melakukan prosedur Daily maintenance


dengan baik seperti di bawah ini :
