capital is Rs. 3 Billion and its paid up capital is Rs. 3 Billion. It is involved in Manufacture of other
electrical equipment’s.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
New product Development & Process Establishment
➢ Make Development schedule and follow till establishment.
➢ Make Process design sheet and specification sheet to collect quotations and ordering the machine.
➢ Make PFD, PFMEA, Control plan, Job setup and Poka-yoke sheet
➢ Capex Management. (Make Sanction for New machine, Jig, Fixture, Tools and line accessories)
➢ Capacity and man power planning.
➢ Facility Management, Tool Design, Material Handling, Plant Layout etc.
➢ Continuous follow-up for all supplier.
➢ Machine Installation and trial.
➢ Responsible for Low Volume Production Trial (LVPT), High Volume Production Trial (HVPT) and
Start of Production (SOP).
➢ Responsible for Cp/Cpk Study and improvement.
Continuous Improvement
➢ Troubleshooting and Root Cause analysis of Process defects with the use of QC Tools.
➢ Cycle time reduction of overall processes.
➢ Identifying High Rejection and Rework Station and their Root cause Analysis.
➢ Line capacity improvement
➢ Reduce Manufacturing Cost Per Component thru VA/VE.
➢ Process capability Improvement.
➢ Handling the IATF. Document – PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan & WSQCS.
➢ Implementation of new Kaizen ideas to reduce rejection.
➢ Attending Customer complaints and undertaking steps for effectively resolving them. Interacting with the
customers to gather their feedback regarding the product satisfaction.

➢ Worked as a Sr. Engineer in India Japan Lighting Pvt. Ltd. Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat from Dec-
19 to Feb-22.
➢ Worked as an Engineer in JTEKT India Ltd. Formally known as Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd.

➢ Make CNC & VMC M/C. Programing according to job specification.
➢ Knowledge of Robot welding & CNC welding program.
➢ SPM Mig welding process and robotic welding process & parameter setting.
➢ Robot welding program making & teaching.
➢ Process Validation, Fixture validation & Modification as per requirement.
