NOTE!
Before checking tyre pressure or inflating, refer to Some simple rules regarding tyre handling.

NOTE!
The below procedure is for one tyre. Apply same procedure for the other one.

WARNING
Inflating a tyre may cause it to explode. This may lead to accidents. Use a self-attaching air chuck with a hose long
enough to enable you, when inflating, to stand by the tyre tread, but as far away as possible.

WARNING
Block the wheels before taking any measures as there is a risk that the machine will start moving.

NOTE!
Check the tyre pressure when cold and inflate to the recommended pressure. It is recommended to remove the wheel from
the unit if the pressure is below 80% of the recommended pressure, place the tyre in a cage and inflate using a clip-on air
chuck and remote tire pressure gauge.

1. Place the machine in the service position. Refer to Service position.

NOTE!
Tyre is ballasted with water and air. Make sure that the tyre inflating valve is at 12 O’clock position to avoid
pressure gauge getting damaged.

2. Check the tyre for visible defects such as cuts, punctures, bulges, leaks, excessive wear or cracking.

3. Check the wheel rim for rust, cracks, missing or loose wheel bolts, or other damage which could cause premature
tyre wear or failure.

4. Check the tyre inflation pressure.

Nominal value : 1.1 bar (16 psi) .

5. Adjust the air pressure of the tyre by adding air to the tyre or bleeding air from the tyre as required.

6. Place the machine back in service.
