Nurse Station with room number being displayed at the station.

GECO Power Division carries out all the power related works, throughout the UAE. The division
is capable of carrying out the HV, MV and LV substations, cable laying, power transmission
and distribution networks on a Turnkey basis.

We have vast experience in the field of Electrical Power Works. We are operating since 1980.
Our first milestone was the development of Distribution Network for the emirate of Umm
Al Quwain in 1982 for Ministry of Electricity and Water (now Federal Electricity and Water
Authority), with contract value of AED 45 million.

proven FM maintenance methodologies:
• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): All PPM are carried out in line with the
indutry’s best practices and Manufacturers Recommendations as per O&M manuals. All
of the common tasks are carried out by the on-site staff under the supervision of the Site
Supervisor.
• Reactive Repairs Maintenance (RRM): Daily reactive tasks are handled by the on-site team
who are technically competent for fixing and handling any call.
• Specialist Maintenance on required Assets through use of specialist contractors: Specialist
Contractors are in place to ensure statutory compliance, on-call and certified maintenance
as required on some installed systems such as fire systems, elevators, BMS etc.
