The viscosity of batch 2827 of product EM 7774-5 was measured at 3100 cP at 10 minutes at 140°C, which is outside the specification of 2600 cP. The softening point was within specification at 82°C. Loredana Mihaila from QC Romania noted the out of specification viscosity. Bernd G from product responsibility has not yet approved or disapproved the deviation report. No corrective actions have been assigned yet.
