Dear Sir or Madam,

With a large client base, CA CIB is a major player in providing the most sophisticated solutions to
their clients. Not only CA CIB will provide me with an environment where I will be able to achieve my
highest potential and conciliate my personal and professional development, but it will also enable me
to build essential relationships with clients and colleagues. By shadowing people and participating in
numerous presentations, as well as interactive sessions. I strongly believe this analyst position at CA
CIB is a great opportunity to gain knowledge about all the aspects of the Finance.

To date, my professional experience has enabled me to develop organizational & interpersonal skills
that I deem to be useful as an intern in an investment bank. As a student entrepreneur, I have to
conciliate my student life along with the management of my company and am therefore used to
withstanding pressure and multiple deadlines. I have also enhanced my knowledge of how a bank is
structured, especially in terms of teamwork during my several internships. During the first six months
of my gap year, I had the opportunity to work within the Risk team of Total Oil Trading SA. As an intern,
I have to build credit assessments of Refining, E&P, Petrochemical, Airlines & Shipping and Trading
houses activities and recommending the exposure on physical, derivatives and chartering deals. I was
working on both commercial and risk sides deals. This first experience enhanced my motivation to
support individuals or companies eager to develop their practices and to expand their activity.

In line with my personal beliefs, I have joined Crédit Agricole CIB at the beginning of January 2019 in
Infrastructure Capital Markets division. In fact, this internship gave me the opportunity to work with
Project Finance team and DCM team. I worked on several notable transactions in the power, natural
resources & infrastructure sector. In July 2020, I have joined the Acquisition Finance and Advisory team
at Crédit Agricole CIB for a second internship. It allowed me to develop my modelling skills and gave
me more experience within an Investment Bank. It was very interesting and confirmed my interest to
continue my career in this way. My current job within Precitechnique as a financial analyst allowed
me to understand the industrial environment and find adapted solutions to maximize my impact for
the company’s profitability. I was involved in several projects around debt, treasury optimization and
industrial issues.

The research and challenge aspect of the job have indeed sharpened my desire to pursue a career in
corporate finance. As a volunteer high school tutor, giving lessons and rephrasing notions has helped
me to complete my communication skills. I believe that I am a particularly good fit for a position
within your company.
