Peb Hira

This document provides a risk assessment for project management activities in India. It outlines 5 levels of severity for safety risks and 3 levels each for exposure, probability, and compliance with regulations. It then provides a risk evaluation matrix to determine overall risk levels as low, moderate, or high based on the scores. The document notes that the risk is always high if severity is very high or compliance with regulations is not met. It provides revision and review procedures and safety requirements to be followed during project activities.
