case the victim is washing his car in front
of there house when the unidentified
suspect, has a height of 5’4 ft. The victim
and the fled riding on an unidentified
member. The victim was immediately to
the maria doctors hospital for treatment.

Robbery 2018-005 26 March 2015 4:00AM At about 4:00 AM of March 26, 2015.
The victim named Engr. Lucas Lopez

Assault with 2019-334 19 April 2018 8:00PM On April 19, 2018 at 8:00 PM, Legazpi

unidentified person weaving A black Polo
shirt the victim sustained multiple stab
wounds in different part of his body and
 immediately go to Sta. Josefa medical
Center. The suspect was arrested after
the incident and the weapon we used is
recovered. and then he is now under The
custody and for under investigation.

FACTS OF THE CASE:

On or about 4:30 PM on this date, this station received a cellphone call from the above-
mentioned victim reporting the above mentioned case. According to the investigation, the above-
mentioned victim left her rented room to her newly boarded roommate, Jonathan Vince Roman,
around 6:45 AM, on this date On or about 4:30 pm on this date, this station received Cellphone
call from the above-mentioned victim reporting the above mentioned case. According to the
investigation, the above-mentioned victim left her rented worm to her newly boarded roommate,
Jonathan Vince Roman, around 6:45 am, on this date and went to work at Palawan Pawnshop.
However, at around 12:35 am on the same date, one of the victim's board makes named Maria
Josefina Patnonya, in formed her that her belongings inside her rented were scattered on the floor.
The above- mentioned victim immediately returned home. When she arrived at her boarding
house, she discovered that some of her branded clothing had gone missing. The above-mentioned
victim immediately located her board mate Jonathan Vince Roman, but she was unable to locate
any others. She also checked her board member's room but all of his belongings were no longer
inside his rented room, and he was believed to have fled with the stolen items. & the incident's
motivation is for personal gain.

Action Taken:
A theft case is now being prepared against the above- mentioned suspect through regular
court filing.
