It is known to you that , due to the present site conditions, the quantity of different items
required at the site is found varying from the BoQ of contract agreement and they are deemed
to be necessary as per your instruction and hence the project is the variation in quantity is
required pursuant to GCC Clause 38 of the CoC. Hence we hereby submit you the details of
Variation in quantity required at the site along with the detailed substantations for your kind
review and approval as per the contract agreement. Your early response in this matter will be
highly appreciated.
