Sub: Documents verification and Pre-medical examination for the post of Vidyut Sahayak
(Jr. Engineer)
Ref: - Our Advertisement dated 18.08.2021 and On-line exam dated 10.09.2022.

Dear Candidate,
With reference to above, you are in the provisional selection list of Vidyut Sahayak (Jr. Engineer) on
the basis of On-line exam held on 10.09.2022. As a part of official process, we have to carry out
verification of documents mentioned in your On-line application with the following original
certificates / documents.
➢ Original Stamped copy of admit card (i. e Call letter shown at the time of on-line exam)
➢ Print out of Application Form.
➢ Two passport size photographs.
➢ School Leaving Certificate.
➢ Birth Certificate.
➢ All Mark Sheets of BE / B. Tech Degree.
➢ Degree certificate of BE / B. Tech.
➢ Domicile Certificate of Gujarat State and if the candidates are of other State, the undertaking to
consider their case under 15% quota.
➢ Caste Certificate (SC/ST/SEBC/EWS)/ Disability Certificate for PwD Candidates: Issued by
Authority of Govt. of Gujarat State, if applicable in your case.
➢ SEBC/EWS candidate: SEBC Candidate has to submit Latest Non-creamy layer Certificate
પરિશિષ્ટ – ક/૪ (ગુજિાતી) and EWS candidate has to submit latest Income and Asset
Certificate as per Resolution No. E.W.S./122019/45903/A dated 23.01.19 & 25.01.19 in
Gujarati, if applicable in your case.
➢ In case of Ex-Armed Force Personnel, necessary certificate should be submitted.
➢ Copy of relieve order for dependent of retired employee. (if applicable)
➢ Death certificate of husband and an undertaking to the effect that the applicant has not
remarried in case of widow applicants. (if applicable)

➢ Identity Proof (Election Card / Passport / Driving License / Aadhar Card / Pan Card).
➢ Notarized undertaking on Rs.300 stamp paper as per Annexure-I & II attached with
advertisement. (Annexure-II is only for dependents of retired/expired employee of GUVNL &
Subsidiaries).
➢ Any other certificates / documents which is applicable / required as per the advertisement.

Your presence with all above documents shall be mandatory. In case you remain absent OR in case of
incomplete submission of documents, your candidature shall be treated as cancelled.

This schedule is for document verification and pre-medical checkup only. This doesn’t confer any
right for appointment automatically as the final selection shall be made after successful verification
process as well as keeping in view of the Company’s Rules & Regulations and available vacancies.

Please remain present for documents verification and pre-medical examination as below mentioned
schedule with above original documents and one true copy thereof.

COVID-19 Guidelines to be followed during the Pre-employment Examination.

1. Candidate will not be allowed for Pre-employment Examination, if he/she has any COVID like
symptoms & he/ she has to submit the attached declaration form before entering in the premises.

2. Candidates from containment zone need not to come for Pre-employment Examination till
declaration of non-containment zone. Such candidate will have to inform the same to this office
through e-mail on selection.gsecl@gebmail.com .

3. Candidate has to submit Pre-medical Employment Medical Report Form attached herewith.

4. Face-mask is compulsory & installed Arogya setu APP in his/her mobile throughout the process
of Pre-employment.

5. Any luggage will not be allowed within the premises during Pre-employment examination.

6. Accompanying person(s) will not be allowed within the premises during the entire Pre-
employment examination period.

7. All Candidates must have to follow the guidelines of GoG & GoI for social distancing & other
pertaining to COVID-19 which is published from time to time by Government.
