Dear Sir/Madam:

Greetings!
We are senior high students at Informatics Institute. As part of our research project we will be
conducting a cleanup drive, with this your barangay is one of the few selected “barangays?” that
this project will take place. We have observed environmental issues but this can be fixed
resulting in a more pleasing environment for visitors and current residents.

We would like to ask permission from your office to please allow us to borrow equipment which
are necessary for our clean up drive, such as

Gloves Blablabla Lbalblalba Blablalba
. This will take place on October 26(Friday) and 27(Saturday) afternoon 1:00pm to 4:00 pm in
your barangay. We will be the one to provide trash bins for every trash we collected in your
barangay. The researchers: Caga, Homer, Garcia, Carl, Lee, Rhyzen, Reyes, Paul Dave, &
Copete, Jacel.

This activity would improve the barangay's cleanliness. Thank you for your consideration and
we hope you will be able to fulfill our request. Please call us at 09090909099 if you have
received the letter. If we haven’t received your call, we will give you a call after 3 days for your
approval.
