STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE FOR VIDEO KYC

Customer initiate Video KYC process by clicking on URL


https://prekyc.unionbankofindia.co.in

1. Customer after clicking the above URL, will be asked to validate mobile number. The
mobile number should be registered with Bank.

2. After successful validation of mobile number, Customer will be asked to verify and
validate KYC using Aadhaar & PAN details. For verification customer will receive OTP on
mobile number registered with UIDAI.

3. After sucessfull verification from UIDAI, customer will be required to enter all the
personal details as mentioned in below screenshots. All madatory fields are required
to be filled by customer.

4. Customer will after submitting personal details will be asked to submit nominee details.

5. After submission of nomination details, customer will be asked to choose the services
required for banking operations.

6. Customer will now receive a checklist, before starting call with VKYC agent. After
ticking all the check box customer can proceed for VKYC Call.

7. Before proceeding to Video conversation with agent for Video KYC, customer needs to
accept Terms & Conditions.

8. After clicking on “Schedule Appointment Now” button, customer will get connected to
chat bot. From this chat bot customer can connect to agent by clicking on NOW button.
After clicking NOW button a URL will be provided which after clicking customer and agent
will get connected.
