It is informed that in the 28th Academic Council, the procedure for the evaluation of Theory cum Practical
Courses was amended and the same was communicated to all the Principals of the Affiliated Colleges,
vide reference cited. The amended clause with respect to the evaluation procedure is given below for
further action from your end.

The theory examinations for the courses mentioned in Sl. Nos.3, 4 and 5 were already conducted,
whereas the practical examinations are not conducted for all the above kinds of courses. In this context,
you are requested to conduct the practical examinations for above such courses by extending your
cooperation with the Zonal Coordinator of your Zone. After the completion of examinations, the external
examiners shall enter the mark out of 100% in the PRACTICAL EXAMINATIONS WEB PORTAL.

Copy to: The Zonal Coordinators / the Zonal Officers for initiating action in the conduct of practical
examinations by coordinating with the Principals of the affiliated colleges located in your Zone.

Note: The Principals/Deans of the Colleges are requested to collect the Additional Examination Fees
Rs. 150.00 per each additional laboratory from the concerned students and credit the amount
to the Office of the Controller of Examinations at the earliest. Each Laboratory Examination
has to be conducted for 3 Hours duration with Internal and External Examiner.
