I have chosen banking field to be my main career path, I focused to
get myself prepared well to join that field.
Banking field is one of the most effective, responsible, prestigious
fields of work.
With my skills, academic knowledge and economic culture I see
myself as a banker more than an accountant.

12- what is the teller job?


An employee of a bank, whose job includes the responsibilities of
helping the bank customers with their banking needs, such as
depositing a check or making a withdrawal.
Most bank tellers are located behind a counter or desk at the bank and
communicate with the customers across that barrier.

13- what is the teller responsibilities?


• Balance currency, coin, and checks in cash drawers at ends of shifts,
and calculate daily transactions
using computers, calculators, or adding machines.
• Cash checks and pay out money after verifying that signatures are
correct, that written and numerical
amounts agree, and that accounts have sufficient funds.
• Receive checks and cash for deposit, verify amounts, and check
accuracy of deposit slips.
• Enter customers' transactions into computers in order to record
transactions and issue computer-generated receipts.

• Count currency, coins, and checks received, by hand or using


currency-counting machine, in order to
prepare them for deposit or shipment to branch banks or the Central
