Unplug the AC power adapter when not using or during electrical storms. Connections Always turn off the power of this and all other equipment before connecting or disconnecting, this will help prevent malfunction and / or damage to other devices. Also make sure to disconnect all connection cables and the power cord before moving this unit. Cleaning Clean only with a soft, dry cloth. If necessary, slightly moisten the cloth Do not use abrasive cleanser, cleaning alcohol, paint thinners, wax, solvents, cleaning fluids, or chemical-impregnated wiping cloths. Connect the input of your amplifiers to these outputs using standard ‘” jack cables [5] FOOT CTRLCTRL INPUT Connect an external triple footswitch, for expanded control (6) LED DISPLAY Displays parameter information in regards to the mode control (Output level, Loop preset, Fadeout time) [7] DCIN Connect to a9VDC [8] MODE CONTROL Press to select feature Rotate to adjust parameter value [9] MODE INDICATOR LED’s Level (Loop playback volume) Loop Select (Select which loop preset you are currently using) Fadeout Time (adjusts the length of fade out time when stop is pressed. 0 fadeout will result in an instantaneous stop) ff REC/PLAY LED's Displays the current state of the looper (f] FX controls Press FX to assign the STOP/FX FOOTSWITCH to control special effects Press REVERSE or % SPEED to select which special effect the footswitch activates and deactivates. —o tS | Connections FFG Connect your instruments or pedal outputs to the STEREO LOOPER’s inputs. Connect the STEREO LOOPER’s outputs to the input of your amplifier. The L input is connected with the L output and the R input is connected with the R output. These two channels are completely independent from one and other providing a true stereo looping experience. L and R outputs will only playback loops from their corresponding inputs AMP anmoon “= Oe Otovp sate stereo effects Pedal “= smmoon | MainFeatures | fF 4 © Compact and powerful looping pedal with 10 minutes of high-quality looping time and Unlimited overdubbing © True independent stereo channels allow looping of 2 seperate instruments simultaneously @ Reverse, 1/2 time, undo/redo and fadeout effects all easily controlled via the dual footswitches @ Asecond controller with 3 footswitches can be connected via the FOOT CTRL input for even more hands free playability @ Store and recall up to 10 loop sessions >> EIST ae The STEREO LOOPER has 4 basic states when creating loops, RECORD, PLAYBACK, DUB and STOP. RECORD This is the first step in creating a loop © Press the LOOP FOOTSWITCH once and begin playing your instrument. The STEREO LOOPER will record what you play and the REC LED will illuminate @ Press the LOOP FOOTSWITCH again to stop recording and begin playback of the loop PLAYBACK In this state the STEREO LOOPER will continuously playback the loop you just recorded. You can jam away over the top of this loop without adding to it. DUB In this state the STEREO LOOPER will record and add an extra layer to your loop. © Whilst the LOOP is in playback state press the LOOP FOOTSWITCH once to begin creating your DUB. The STEREO LOOPER will record what you play and add it to your loop as an additional layer. Both the REC and PLAY LED’s will illuminate to indicate that the pedal is in DUB state. @ Press the LOOP FOOTSWITCH again to exit DUB state and revert back to PLAYBACK state. Your newly created DUB layer will continue to playback. @ UNDO/REDO Press and hold the LOOP FOOTSWITCH to undo the last recorded DUB layer. Press and hold the LOOP FOOTSWITCH again to redo the last recorded DUB layer. STOP At any time during operation you can press the STOP/FX FOOTSWITCH to stop playback of the STEREO LOOPER (unless FX are selected. See FX section of this manual) Press and hold the STOP/FX footswitch to permanently delete the current loop session from the pedals memory $F i a 777 Reverse 1/2 Speed FX The STEREO LOOPER is fully equipped with two very cool special effects REVERSE and % SPEED. To use these effects you must first assign the STOP/FX FOOTSEWITCH to control them. Do this by pressing the FX button once. It will illuminate to signify that FX are now being assigned to the STOP/FX FOOTSWITCH. Next press the REVERSE or % SPEED button (or both) to assign that effect to be controlled During playback press the STOP/FX FOOTSWITCH once to engage the effects and press it again to dis-engage the effects. REVERSE This effect will playback your loop in reverse % SPEED This effect will playback your loop at half the speed it was recorded Try recording a loop and then activating both effects during playback. Now record a DUB. Then deactivate the effects. Your original loop will playback as normal and your DUB layer will playback in reverse and at double speed. WHAT FUN!!! Mode Control Saa © Level i © Loop Select e © Fadeout Time —aem MODE The MODE CONTROL gives access to some extra features of the STEREO LOOPER. Press the MODE control to select the feature you wish to edit. The corresponding LED will illuminate and the LED DISPLAY will show the current value of that feature. Rotate the MODE CONTROL to adjust the selected feature. LEVEL Adjusts the playback volume of the STEREO LOOPER. This will not effect your dry through signal of your instrument. 5 is unison volume LOOP SELECT The STEREO LOOPER will automatically save your loop sessions as presets So you can carry them with you wherever you go. It has 10 preset spaces for storing your loop sessions. To indicate that a loop session is already saved within a preset space, a full stop will be displayed in the LED DISPLAY. 4 6 6 6, No Preset Preset saved saved FADEOUT TIME The STEREO LOOPER has an automatic fadeout function Fadeout will gradually decrease the volume of your loop playback until it eventually stops. This feature lets you adjust how long it takes for the loop to fade out. Please see the table below.
