Why Chrysalis High?
PUPA
At Chrysalis High, we believe that we can bring out the best in our children, help them
excel & guide them on the right path only if we understand them inside out. PUPA
(Prior Understanding of Pupil Attributes) is a collaborative effort between the teachers
& the parents to achieve this. Starting with understanding the child through the eyes of
a parent, observing & recording anecdotes & creating ample opportunities through
initiates like Enrichment Activities, Career Guidance etc.; we understand our children
like no other. It is not without a reason hundreds of parents tell us every year,
“You understand our child better than us.”

ISP
“No child left behind.” This is the thought behind Chrysalis’s Individual Support Program
(ISP). Children have their own pace of learning & interest in each subject. However, as a
school which believes that academic strength of a child also results in improving the self
confidence of the child, our ISP ensures every child gets the academic support he / she
needs to ensure that the child is always at the level of his / her grade.

Stronger Foundation
Chrysalis High is the only school to have two Main Teachers inside the class from Grade I.
First Main Teacher comes from English background & the other Main Teacher comes from
Math & Science background. Both Main Teachers are inside the class together & teach
their respective subjects to ensure children are taught by subject matter expert teachers;
resulting in strong fundamental understanding of the subjects. After all, every strong
building has a strong foundation.

TRANSITION BLOCKS STEaM


We have created transition blocks Our STEaM (Science, Technology,
to ease out the struggles of expanded Engineering, Art, & Math) program
curriculum when a child moves from is ingrained with the proficiency to
Kindergarten to Grade I & from inculcate children with the top
Grade IV to Grade V. skills needed to ace the
4th Industrial Revolution.

Chrysalis High has a Day wise, detailed, structured curriculum for Outdoor Sports, Indoor Sports &
Performing Arts. Apart from the below mentioned activities, children also get a games period every
week which helps them experience other games like Kho-kho, Hopscotch & Kabaddi.
