- The patient, Soheli Rayhan (28F), was referred by Dr. S.M. Showkat Ali for a haematology examination at Chevron Clinical Lab. - Test results showed the patient has low haemoglobin (9.8 g/dL) and low RBC count (4.08 million/uL). The MCV, MCH, and MCHC levels were normal but the RDW-CV was high (16.6%). - Differential count showed neutrophils and lymphocytes within normal ranges but monocytes and eosinophils were slightly high and basophils were normal.
