What is the current coding protocol? *

Aircraft registration marking protocol: The ELT/dongle is ALREADY coded with the proper country code, and the registration marking is ALREADY
matching the aircraft tail number.

Serial number protocol: The ELT/dongle is ALREADY coded with the proper country code, and a serial number is assigned.

24bit address protocol: The ELT/dongle is ALREADY coded with the proper country code, and the 24bit address is ALREADY matching the aircraft 24bit
address.

Other: The current coding of the ELT/Dongle is not matching the aircraft country code or identity
