To resolve an issue where open line items posted in FS00 were not visible in the FBL3N report because open line item management was not activated, the document recommends: 1) Running the FAGL_ACTIVATE_OP transaction to activate open line management with an effective date before the first GL entry was posted; 2) This will automatically update open line item management in FS00 and make the open items visible in the FBL3N report.

Suppose open line item management is not ticked in FS00 and posted some of

the entry. So we are not able to see in Open status in FBL3N. How resolve it now

Posted some one entry in FB50


FBL3N

Step: 1 FAGL_ACTIVATE_OP (Activation of Open Line Management)


Switch on date always give past date or before the first entry posted in the GL
line item
FBL3N report
IN FS00, OLM is automatically updated
