EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

 This Internship program was aimed at enhancing the marketing skills. The Internship at
UNIVERSAL TRIBES. Was carried on various marketing activities. The internship has continued
for 45 days in marketing Department of UNIVERSAL TRIBES.
 This internship is based on the basic marketing activities of related to an Academic Institution. The
major part was to collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns. Advertising
and public relations were the core responsibilities.
 Through this internship, real time experience about the marketing functions in particular to direct
marketing, leadership, communication and problem solving are gained.
 It also explains about the company where I provide the details and brief history of the company.
 It gives the details about the internship starting with nature, roles and responsibilities, internship
objective, on the job analysis, outcomes, learning / experiences from the internship.

INTRODUCTION

Universal Tribes was Established in 2017, ever since they are working towards the empowerment &
Upliftment of Tribal communities in India. They have skilled artists & experienced farmers working
along with them.
At universal tribes, “we are sure that you'll find the uniqueness & originality of each product at Universal
Tribes. These tribal farmers live in dense forest areas where there is no adulteration in even water & soil,
it's as raw & pure as it used to be in the time of agricultural evolution. And the tribal artists are the ones
who have learned the art from their parents & received it in heritage as a brilliant skill. As one of the
leading marketing internships in the world, UNIVERSAL TRIBES provides an unparalleled learning
environment for aspiring marketing professionals. However, the current candidate experience at
UNIVERSAL TRIBES leaves much to be desired.
The goal of this paper is to explore the ways in which the candidate experience can be improved in
order to attract and retain the highest caliber of talent.

To start, it is important to understand the current candidate experience at UNIVERSAL TRIBES. At


present, the process begins with an initial application, followed by a 30-minute phone interview with a
hiring manager.
Candidates that pass the phone interview are invited for a full-day in-person assessment, which includes a
writing sample, a presentation, and several case studies. This can be an intimidating process for candidates,
as the assessment can be quite challenging and requires a significant investment of time and effort.

In order to improve the candidate experience, UNIVERSAL TRIBES should focus on two key areas:
communication and assessment. First, UNIVERSAL TRIBES should strive to keep candidates informed
at every step of the process, while also providing them with detailed feedback on their performance. This
will help candidates gain a better understanding of the criteria they are being evaluated on and enable
them to improve their skills in preparation for future interviews. Second, the assessment process should be
simplified and streamlined to reduce the amount of stress and pressure candidates experience during the
process. Additionally, UNIVERSAL TRIBES should consider adding additional support for candidates,
such as offering mentorship and providing access to resources and materials to help them prepare.
A few possible steps that can be taken to enhance the candidate experience are as follows:

Ensure a streamlined application process. Having an organized and straightforward application process will
make it easier for candidates to understand the requirements and submit the necessary documents. This will
also help improve the overall efficiency of the recruitment process.

Provide feedback to candidates in a timely manner. Candidates should be informed on the status
of their application as soon as possible. This will help them understand if their application has

offering virtual tours of the workspace can help candidates evaluate their potential employer, and
decide if they want to work with the company.

Offer resources to help candidates prepare. Providing resources like interview tips and practice tests
can help candidates feel more prepared and confident when interviewing with the company.

By taking the above steps, UNIVERSAL TRIBES can create a positive candidate experience, which can
help themin finding the right people for the job.

Onboarding

monetary value for the hard work they do. Tribal communities are already strong & rich enough in terms
of art & health & as a part of this society, it’s our duty to help them become economically strong as well.
Their online & offline portals are there to feature tribal artists & farmers, to showcase the significant art
they make & the beneficial crops they produce to keep this society healthy. Universal Tribes keeps backing
the tribal artists & tribal farmers and helps them to meet their expectations of living. Letting the world
know about them, their artwork & vice versa.

Tribals have always been kept away from & by mainstream society & then tribes had to move ahead with
the same pattern of their lives. And this what kept bothering the founder of this company Mr. Rajat
Raghtwan, that made him more aware of the fact that even being part of the organization. This society, we
are not working for the betterment of tribals & since then he did not look back & for sure he didn't see any
“but why to work for them?" and instead he focused on "why not to work for them?". There began the
journey of Universal Tribes & he took this pledge of empowerment & Upliftment of Tribals with their vast
variety of organic products & original artwork.

But that is not it, Universal Tribes wanted to generate more employment for these tribes while preserving
their traditional artwork. And yes they did, along with bringing the best quality organic staples. Further,
they went on educating them about online marketing & making them realize the power of the digital

Indeed, every business has to face obstacles & so do us. We do come across many difficulties every
now &then but that doesn't stop us from working for Tribals of India. Tribes we work with, their

Kaleigh a very important medicinal plant of traditional medicine system. Kaleigh is found growing wild
throughout the plains and hills of tropical India. Kaleigh is especially useful in treating liver related
diseases. It exhibits hepatocyte-protective and hepatocyte-simulative property. In traditional medicine
system aqueous extract of Kaleigh is given for jaundice.

Kaleigh powder is bitter in taste which helps to digest the food & prevents formation of flatulency

2. Vanam honey

Dub raj is a very popular variety grown in many parts of Chhattisgarh. There are many variants of
