1. Class Schedule
- The Class Schedule of the Grade One Matiyaga pupils was presented to the Parents so
that they are guided with the time of their kids.

2. Window Cards
- The amount of the window cards was mention in the meeting and
the importance of it when it comes in practicing the numeracy
skills of the pupils.
3. Canteen Support
- We advise the parent to support our canteen for the other expenses
of school and we make sure that the canteen is clean and serve
nutritious food.

4. Remedial
- For those Learner who need some remedial class we will give some
waiver to the parents so that they are aware.
5. Group Chat
- Every grade level level/section created a group chat as their form of
communication to the parents.
6. Grading System
- We presented the grading system for this school year 2022-2023 as
per advise by the Deped.
7. Absenteeism/Absences
- Parents need to make an excuse letter or advise the teacher if their
child cannot attend the school stating their valid reason in the
letter/Text/Chat.
8. Materials Needed
- The materials needed was posted in every group chat of the grade
one.
9. Other Matters
- We give some considerations for those who do not have their PSA
Birth Certificate until December and they agree with that.

After the discussion, the adviser answers all parents’ concerns


on the agenda presented. No violent reaction and appeal were made.
All Parent Absentees will be informed on the agreements made using
applicable platform.
The meeting ended at 2:00 pm.
