Bias:
Prejudice in favor of or against one thing, person, or group compared with another,
usually a way considered to be unfair.

Keeping in mind the given case following biases are present such as:
1. Official Bias
Official bias or bias as to the subject matter relates to behavioral attitude of a
judge. This means a predisposition or inclination towards a particular issue. It
may affect a fair decision.
 Given decision against Rehman
 Strong relationship with matter

2. Pecuniary Bias
An operative bias, whether conscious or unconscious, as a result of some
preconceived opinion, in relation to a party or an issue.
 Monetary Benefits
 Economic Benefits because Judge owing 5% of housing society
