Accomplishment Report in LAC, OK Sa DEPED and Science

San Jose Elementary School conducted four Learning Action Cell (LAC) sessions to help teachers acquire new skills and understanding to improve classroom effectiveness. The school also partnered with local health organizations to conduct COVID-19 vaccination drives for students and provide dental checkups and fluoride treatment. Additionally, the school's science group offered online training for teachers and students to develop skills and knowledge in science, and the YES-O Club conducted various online activities for its members.

ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT IN LEARNING ACTION CELL (LAC)

Learning Action Cell sessions have proven to be effective in engaging a


group of teachers in collaborating and solving, shared challenges. LAC sessions
encourage critical reflection among teachers which increases understanding
and knowledge of the curriculum and classroom practices. This activity aims to
create professional learning communities that will help teachers to have a
wider scope of teaching content and methodologies

With the different challenges that arises in delivering learning for the
school year 2021 – 2022, San Jose Elementary School conducted four LAC
sessions which help teachers in acquiring new understanding and instructional
skills to develop their effectiveness in classroom.

ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT IN OK SA DEPED / DENTAL

“Health is wealth”. When one is healthy, his mind will be conditioned to think fast
and clearly. Learning is possible if both physical and mental well-being is healthy.

San Jose Elementary School focuses on providing its learners access to good health.
Whereas in partnership in Cuyapo Rural Health, the school conducted “Oplan Bakuna
Kontra for Children ages 5 and up on May 31, 2022 for the first dose and on June 24 for the
second dose. During the first dose, a total of 62 learners got vaccinated and 50 learners
received their second dose. This activity aims to present Covid-19 by triggering an immune
response. This drive was successfully done.

Also, the school partnered with the Division Health Office that conducted dental
check-up specifically on putting fluoride in the teeth of all the learners to improve the
quality of their teeth. This activity aims to make the learners’ teeth stronger.

In the continues quest to give quality and fair opportunity to pupils to


learn amidst pandemic, Science Group offered different online tarinings both
for teachers and pupils which focuses on developing and nurturing skills and
knowledge.

Also, The YES-O Club became more active this year and conducted different online activities
which all Science teachers as well as YES-O officers participated.
