THE ABUSED GIRL

CHAPTER 1
Once upon a time there lived a girl named chimamanda also called Amanda she
was the only child of her parents. Her parents name is Mr. Okafor Stephen & Mrs.
Okafor Ngozi they were very poor but lived a happy life, her father was a farmer
while her mother was a trader Amanda was very intelligent and is in ss2 almost
entering university. One hot afternoon she was coming back from school and
slipped her leg on a stone and had a big injury. She started shouting for help then
a boy named Michael was passing when he saw her crying for help, Michael asked
Amanda what happened she explained everything to him so he said she should
wait so he went back home and brought first aid box then Michael treated the
injury she was feeling much more better when Amanda raised her head to see
Michael she fell in love with his looks. When she now regained strength back
Amanda told Michael thank you for the treatment since that day she started
having feelings for Michael but when she went back home she told her parents
why she came back late so her parent gave her food and she went to bed. The
next day she went to school and found out that Michael is a new student in her
school and same class with her. She was so happy that Michael was in her class.
She was actually the first person he ever spoke to as he entered the class newly,
so he asked Amanda to follow him to the back of school when she went there, she
saw a beautiful place that, she has never seen before and it was decorated with
flowers and Michael asked Amanda if she will be his girlfriend and with all
excitement she said yes he was so happy that he hugged her as they were coming
back he stretched his hand towards her hand and she held him as they entered
school compound it was time for assembly so they ran to line up when they were
doing the assembly principal said he wants to announce something he said a
student came to our school his name Michael Nwafor and he was the richest in
the compound so, since that they he started bullying student he joined cult and
started raping girls, stealing but upon all he has been doing he still like Amanda
and Michael was coming out from school before two huge boys came to stand in
front of the both of them and said snake come live this girl we are going on a
mission right now immediately Michael told Amanda good bye and ran away
when she stepped into her house she found her parent dead on the floor she
screamed and shouted for help. Suddenly she saw Michael coming out from her
room with that same men that came to stand in front of them and there was a
blood stain on their cloth she asked Michael did you kill my both parents, Michael
said yes and asked her so will you do as I said, as she said yes immediately she
started crying. Then Michael told his boys to jack me up to my room and they
force their self on her as they were instructed. After doing what they just did they
all ran away after that day she lost interest in people so for some weeks she has
been feeling some pain on her stomach so when she went to check what is
happening to her. When she went to check herself in the hospital she found out
that she’s pregnant after her parents died she has been living a miserable life and
it was hard to get food for herself.
CHAPTER 2
After that she said she doesn’t want to abort the child that she want to keep the
baby for 9 good months after that Michael and his boys did that thing to
chimamanda he wasn’t seen again even in school in the entire village they
couldn’t find so when she reach nine month she was in labor when she was at
home so her neighbor Mrs. Nkiru rushed her to the hospital she delivered safely
to a bouncing baby girl seens that day Mrs Nkiru has been caring for her and
Amanda did the naming ceremony and named her baby Samuella Okafor.
Amanda made sure she take good care of her daughter she also could not finish
her secondary school but could not enter university because she is a school
dropout. So she started selling things and used the money to help her and her
baby out. One day chimamanda was walking with her daughter when she saw
that people gathering at one particular side with newspaper while people at the
other side were talking about what happened and what they said is that one of
the huge man in cult was arrested during the time when they were robbing a shop
they caught one of him and the 2 other boys ran away. And one of the boys were
Michael her child hood so as she continued going her way when she sighted
Michael walking into the forest she followed him at his back and made sure he
didn’t see her so he stopped at a particular place and in the middle of a forest
there was an uncompleted building he entered inside when she wanted to enter
inside her daughter started crying immediately she held her daughter’s mouth
and told to stop crying. Samuella said to her mum okay when she checked
through the window she found out it was a shrine her and her daughter ran out of
the forest with fear. After that the next day they packaged their luggage and
prepared to go and stay in the city with her aunt named aunty amaka. When she
reached the city of Ibadan she called her aunt and told her she’s coming to stay
with her she said ok but in aunty amaka’s mind she was very angry because she
hate chimamanda with passion. When Amanda arrived she welcomed her in very
well and asked her who the baby girl is and Amanda said she is her daughter
seens that day she has been feeling uncomfortable because of the way her aunt
has been maltreating her. Aunty amaka was not even given any of them food
she’s always saying that they should provide what they will eat. So one hot
afternoon Amanda went to peek her daughter from school as they were working
doing there street she saw a familiar guy when she was working close to him she
noticed it was Michael she turned her back and did assive she did not see him but
at the ending of the day he still saw her. When Michael wanted to talk to her she
slapped Michael and she started cry and said see the shame you have put me to
and immediately she started running until she reached her aunt gate. After that
when she went back home she tried explaining why she came back with her child
late but her aunt didn’t here instead she started beaten amanda up and she had
plenty bruises because of the beating.
CHAPTER 3
The next day was Samuella birthday so she celebrated it in school and everybody
but teachers and student wished her happy birthday and people gave her gift and
theirs a boy she has been crushing on his name is Alex Gozie and he gave her gift
and his gift is the one she appreciated more than other peoples own. So she went
to her sit to open the gift people gave her so the first one she opened was Alex
own and the gift pack there was a letter and an android phone she was shocked
and in her mind and kept back the phone she open the letter to read it.
Dear Samuella,

How are you I hope all is well

Am writing this letter to wish you happy birthday

And I am also writing to confess the no. of love i

Have for you and I want ask you this question. Will you

Be my girlfriend.

So after reading the letter she so happy she checked other gift and appreciated
after she wanted to go and meet Alex and when she so him she ran towards him
and told him that she appreciated the gift and told him she agreed to be his
girlfriend and he was very happy that he hugged her. After school over but of
them strolled down the street then Samuella dropped alex on the way and
continued going her way when she went home she saw her mother out side the
house with their luggages her mother told her that her aunt want to chase them
out of the house. Then Samuella went to beg aunty amaka to just allow but
instead chased then out of the gate. Seens that day but were on the street
Samuella stopped going to school and started hawking on the road so one day a
woman was looking for house maid and met amanda asking her if she knows
anybody that can work very she said her daughter can do that she rented a house
for amanda and took Samuella with her to her house the woman’s name is Mrs
chioma okoro and she has two children a boy named Emmanuel and a girl named
Winnie seens that they Samuella started living with her and her two children the
boy is 20yrs while the girl is 17yrs. Mrs. chioma okoro was not always at home she
is actually a field engineer. While Winnie studied in university of Port Harcourt so
must times samuella and Emmanuel are the only one at home and most times
Emmanuel usually tries to approach her but doesn’t work. One day she was
bathing and forgot to lock her room door so as she came out she so emmanuel in
her room she was like what are you doing in my room as she talking her towel fell
to the ground and he pushed her to the bed and forced himself on her and
threatened her not to tell anyone.
CHAPTER 4
The next day Mrs. Chioma came back and noticed the way samuella was walking
that morning she came back. She called her and asked why she’s walking
like that but she could not talk but she started crying in pain when her
madam told her to talk what she said shocked Mrs. Chioma and she
shouted emmanuel what did you do is this how I trained infact you are
going to marry this poor innocent girl. The next thing that came out of
emmanuel mouth was “GOD FORBID” I will never marry a made and
mummy you know am already engaged and this so called made must live
this house know the mother said why and he said so you expect me to
leave in this place with a made that is accusing me for raping her Mrs.
Chioma said emmanuel why can’t you leave my house infact samuella you
not leaving his house you will stay here till you give birth will emmanuel get
your luggage off this house know. Immediately he left he went to his own
house and stayed from there he goes to school, one day as he was walking
a girl named divine grace approached him and was like hi, he answered
divine grace asked can we be friends he was happy for that someone asked
him for the first if they can be friends, there friendship continued until god
nows when. One hot afternoon samuella was doing walk out she saw her
friend Gozie and waved he was like how are you I hope all is well with you
she was like no they had been a little problem it is not my fault at all, she
explains everything that happened. He accepted to be the father of the
child and they hugged and they went home. Samuella’s mother went out to
look for a job and got a job as a fashion designer and become rich and
famous, and packed out from aunty chioma’s house, after some months
samuella is at labour and gives a bouncy baby boy named Alex and on the
dedication Alex came as the father and after some time they got married
and live they happily ever after.
