Planned order generated instead of Purchase requisition while Run From MD01

Dear Experts,

Follow I had an issue while run MRP from MD01 with parameter

Processing key--NETCH
RSS Feed
Create purchase req---1

Schedule lines-----3

Create MRP list----1

Planning mode----3

Assumed to generate Purchase requisition

I Got planned order (STPO) and not PR

while I run same material from MD03

with above parameter same in MD01

Planned order replace by Purchase requisition

Why this happen ?

Should generate PR While Run MRP from MD01 direct

Hello

This is a standard system behavior and it happens when you define a creation indicator at the MRP group level. I wrote this blog, which explains the system behavior:

Hi Caetano Almeida,

After RUN MRP many times through MD01 with same above parameters (I'm sure 100%)
Purchase requisition generated without any changes in material master MRP views or Configuration

So, do you have any idea what happen ? Is there was a block happen or something ?

Note :

This is not material specific case but it's happen with other random material

However it's OK with almost material it Generate PR without any issues through run MD01

Hello

Check if BAdI MD_MRP_PARAMETERS is implemented in your system.
