Memory Technologies

The document outlines a course on embedded systems memory technologies. The course aims to help students 1) select architecture and design semiconductor memory circuits and subsystems, 2) identify various fault models, modes and mechanisms in semiconductor memories and their testing procedures, and 3) learn about state-of-the-art memory chip design. The course covers various memory technologies including SRAM, DRAM, non-volatile memories, advanced technologies, and topics like memory testing, reliability, and packaging. Recommended textbooks provide further information on memory architecture, design, and applications.
