SCRIPT for SHS Graduation Ceremonies, JHS Completion Rites, Elementary Graduation
(to be followed by the Master of Ceremonies)

EMCEE: Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to this Fifth Senior High School
Graduation Ceremonies of Capitan Bayong National High School. To
start with, we shall witness the processional march of our candidates for
graduation with their parents, to be followed by the teachers, school
principal, GPTA Officials, Guest Speaker, Schools Division Superintendent
Dr. Randolph B. Tortola, Guests

May I request everyone for the singing of the National Anthem. This will
EMCEE: be followed by a doxology.

Please be seated.

EMCEE: Sir Edgar G. Macabaya, the school principal will now give us his opening
remarks. A round of applause please.

Principal: Dr. Randolph B. Tortola, our Schools Division Superintendent, Guest


Speaker Ms. Trishia R. Arias, GPTA President, PTA officials, teachers, parents of the
Graduating Students, Senior High School students, ladies and gentlemen good afternoon.
This fifth SHS Graduation Ceremonies is hereby declared in session. On behalf of the
administration, faculty and staff and students, I welcome you all to this affair in our
Department of Education. We also extend our gratitude to the parents of our Senior High
School graduates. Thank you.

EMCEE: Christine Eluna, With High Honors will give us her welcome

address. A round of applause please.

Thank you Eluna.

EMCEE: Sir Edgar G. Macabaya, school principal will now present the
candidates for graduation .

Principal: Dr. Randolph B. Tortola, SDS of the Division of Bukidnon, may I have
the honor to present to you the ( number) (mention the males and
the females) a total of grade 12 students who have
satisfactorily completed all the requirements of the K to 12 Basic
Education Program for graduation, ... for your confirmation.
SDS Limbaco: By virtue of the power vested in me as the SDS of the Division of
Bukidnon, and upon the certification of your principal that you have
satisfactorily completed all the requirements of the K to 12 BEP.
Congratulations!

EMCEE: This time, our SDS Randolph B. Tortola will now read to us the message of
our DepED Secretary, Leonor M. Briones to the graduates of Batch 2022 .
Let's welcome her with a warm applause.

(SDS CLL will read the message). Thank you Mam Cherry L. Limbaco.

EMCEE: We shall now come to the distribution of diplomas/ certificates. May we


request our SDS Randolph B. Tortola, Sir Edgar G. Macabaya the
school principal and Sir Eric Sajol our GPTA President to hand in the
diplomas to the graduates.

( Distribution of Diplomas / certificates) Congratulations to all the


graduates / completers.
EMCEE: Thank you Sir Randolph, school principal and GPTA President. At this
juncture, we shall now award medals and certificates to all our awardees.
May we request again our SDS CLL, School principal and the GPTA
President to give the medals.

(After the awarding...) Congratulations to all awardees!


EMCEE: Bethany B. Gayon, with Honors Awardee will now give her message of
appreciation. (speech)

to our speaker. May we request our SDS Sir Randolph B. Tortola, S i r E d g a r G .
M a c a b a y a School Principal and S i r E r i k S a j o l GPTA president to
present the plaque. May I read the citation of this plaque...
