OVERVIEW
This RLE module contains activities that simulate the real bedside
scenario in the hospital and in the community settings through presenting
series of case studies to cover the multiple roles of a beginning nurse on client
care, management and leadership, and research. As you accomplish this
module, may you find it helpful in honing your knowledge, skills, and attitudes
as future Titan nurse.

LEARNING ACTIVITIES
▪ Supply the needed data on the Admission Sheet based on the given
scenario/case.
▪ Perform a holistic health assessment based on the case scenario provided.
Document the assessment data using BLUE font color for normal findings
and RED for abnormal findings under Review of Systems (ROS).
▪ Create a concept map using Lucid chart integrating all the concepts
(Possible risk factors, disease process/pathophysiology, signs and
symptoms, diagnostic tests, medical diagnosis, pharmacology, at least 3
nursing diagnosis, expected outcomes, and nursing interventions). Please
use the object-color-coded legend for better understanding. Refer to the
learner’s worksheet for the color-coded object.

▪ Formulate your nursing care plan.
▪ Make an FDAR charting.
▪ Answer the Clinical Reasoning Questions.
