EU RoHS Declaration – Standard Products

To: Our Valued Customer

The purpose of this statement is to provide information regarding EU Directive 2002/95/EC and
its subsequent amendments as specified by EU Directives 2011/65/EU and 2015/863 (RoHS)
for the product lines and modified standards listed on page 2 of this document.

Based on a review of current information provided by our direct and indirect suppliers, CPC can
report that any plated brass present in these product lines falls under RoHS exemption 6(c). The
other materials used in these product lines are not expected to contain the 10 restricted
substances above the thresholds specified by the RoHS Directives.

This information is provided in good faith and is believed to be accurate as of the date of this
letter based on a review of current composition and information supplied by our vendors. Please
be aware that CPC does not specifically analyze for the presence of these substances.
