CERTIFIED TRUE COPY OF THE RESOLUTION PASSED AT THE MEETING OF THE


BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF JOVIN CONSTRUCTION INCORPORATED HELD AT
THE REGISTERED OFFICE OF THE COMPANY AT STA, LUCIA, NARVACAN,
ILOCOS SUR ON JUNE 27, 2022  AT 3:00PM.

RESOLVED THAT Mr. Mr. Alvin Estrada, Director of the company, a


Power of Attorney in favour of Ms. Nikki Hilvano Cabusora, General Manager
Operations and company Treasurer (“the Attorney”) of the Company granting
full power and authorities on behalf of the Company for the following purposes:

1. ask, demand, collect and receive all sums of money either in cash or
check(s) payable or owing to the company from our Project Contractors,
either be credited to her personal account temporarily;

a. BANK NAME: Philippine National Bank


b. BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER: 223310140794
c. BANK ACCOUNT NAME: Nikki Hilvano Cabusora

2. To endorse and encash the aforementioned check(s), if any, with any


banking and financial institution duly authorized by the Banko Sentral ng
Pilipinas;

3. To sign and execute any and all papers with all and any third persons,
concerns and entities in connection with the above-given authorizations;

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT any work carried out by the Attorney about


the purposes mentioned above shall be valid and binding upon the Company.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the power so granted to the Attorney under


this resolution may be revoked, for cause, or without cause, by a resolution of
the Board or by a written order by Mr. Alvin Estrada, Company Director, at any
time in the future.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT Mr. Alvin Estrada, Company Director and


Mr. Marvene Palado, Company Secretary of the Company be and are hereby
severally authorized to do all such acts, deeds, and things as may be necessary
to give effect to this resolution.
