ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT IN WOMEN’S MONTH


S.Y. 2021-2022

In consonance with the country's celebration of Womens' Month, this school


conducted activities for the 2022 Celebration of National Womens' Month with the
theme "We Make Change for Women, Work for Women". The celebration aimed to
inform and engage women as stakeholders of government programs and services to
promote a change in every human of the society specially the women.

As part of the Women’s month celebration the School Heads, Teachers and
learners took part by conducting our school-based celebration, starting with the
simultaneous launching of 2022 National Women's Month Celebration was on March
07, 2022 (Monday); Using of All-Women Cast Lupang Hinirang Video in NMWC
activities; Hanging of NWMC tarpaulin in the schools' vicinity; Wearing of purple
Advocacy Shirt every Tuesday or anything purple on all Tuesdays of March, 2021 or
#Purple Tuesday to signify support for women's empowerment and gender equality;
Offices and schools can also decorate or put landmarks in purple to spark interest and
discourse on the celebration and what it stands for. 3.6 Every Tuesdavs and Fridavs,
offices and schools can also share the advocacy through music by playing the songs
from the Musik. Juana Song, The closing ceremony was held on March 31, 2022

This celebration also created and facilitated platforms to discuss good practices,
gaps, challenges and implementation of the Magna Carta of Women. It also empower
all the girls students to be an agent of change and contribute this change to the school
and community. It is indeed a celebration of women exercising their choices, taking
chances to make their voices heard, and benefitting from and trailblazing changes. It is
a celebration of Filipino women’s power to take the narrative, raise priority issues that
matter to them, and call for concrete actions.
