I have over 2 years of full-time work experience in Utility sector with Torrent Power Limited. I have a
master’s degree in Human Resources, where I extensively worked on ground level for social service-
related initiatives. I aim to indulge in the agile world of business transformation and to prepare for
the unfamiliar challenges of VUCA world.
The last 2 years of COVID gave me the time to dive deeper into the concepts around business
management. I read and observed closely the paradigm shift in way of operations with novel
alternatives which also made me to introspect and figure out better alternate alternatives for my
career. The upcoming era can be seen as a transformational age in digital business, global economy
and socio-political field. To survive and thrive in this world, I look forward to develop a more
comprehensive set of business skills, by being a part of this PGPM program.
A typical day at office for me comprises of HR operations work on SAP w.r.t Leave and Salary
management, MIS preparation, and data updates. I have also been a part of campus recruitment
processes that helped me to learn liaison and professional coordination. Some of the key
responsibilities included were orientation and induction of new joiners, resolving employees' queries
and scheduling regular intervention sessions with average performers. Conducting surveys and
organising events for employees were some of the additional tasks I successfully handled. It
enhanced my people’s skill, team management abilities and helped me to establish a harmonious
relationship with employees and other stakeholders. I was also involved in various pilot assignments
as a part of Organization development projects, which helped me to participate actively in intense
discussions and enhanced my observational and analytical skills.
A good grip on MS Office tools and other similar analytical software is an important skillset to work
as an HR professional and my organization provided the requisite practical environment for the
same. I am glad that I got these opportunities which helped me to find new horizons about my
personality.
However, I feel that my learning curvature was not able to align my aspirations and my profile. The
HR world needs dynamic personalities that can compete with the growing cross-sectorial demands
for people analytics, HR and Finance and perpetual business transformation. Having a similar set of
skills and experience in this field I feel that I can be a good fit for PGPM class of 2023 where I can get
top professional’s guidance to further enhance my set of knowledge, technical skills, and attitude
which is best fitted as per the industry standards and can also boost my career both intellectually
and monetarily.

Education, Discipline, and Agility are not just adjectives but have been firmly instilled in my
upbringing. I have contributed as an active volunteer of the National Service Scheme (NSS) to serve
for community and youth especially for their personality development. In this process, I have used
various People matrix tools and received a reward for my contribution.
MHRM curriculum allowed me to work with various organizations such as Sun Pharma, INOX India

have helped me to understand the importance of professional networking and guidance of mentors,
in envisaging the career of my choice.
I have received various accolades in Sports, both at university level as well as state-level
competitions and worked as the Sports Head of Student Association and Placement Committee
