CIRCULAR

With the approval of the Competent Authority, NDMC the empanelment

of the Following Hospitals / Eye Care Centers / Diagnostic Centers are hereby
extended from the due date to 31/12/2024 on the existing terms & condition
of CGHS and Liberalized Medical Health Scheme of NDMC, subject to
submission of Extended / Fresh Bank Guarantee and execution of agreement.

2. The OPD patients of NDMC under the Lib. MHS, patients shall
compulsorily avail the facility of the CT/MRI Scan from Charak Palika Hospital
and not from empanelled Hospitals / Diagnostic Centers / Labs. The said
condition is not compulsory in case of urgency, emergency and Indoor
patients at NDMC empanelled Hospitals.

3. Senior Citizen, beneficiaries of NDMC Lib. MHS, residing in the NCR like
Faridabad, Gurugram, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Meerut etc. shall have option to
get the CT Scan & MRI Scan facility from the NDMC empanelled Hospitals /
Diagnostic Centers / Labs.

4 . All the empanelled Hospitals / Eye Care Centers / Ayush

Hospitals/Diagnostic Centers / Labs to submit their medical reimbursement
claim bills in Account Department in first week of every month. The
Prescribed disposal time of NDMC shall primarily be considered for entities
whose bill have been submitted in time and other cases will be disposed
expeditiously as feasible.

5. This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority, NDMC.
