SUBJECT : Monthly Monitoring of Functionality of ACs, TWG and C/PPSMUs for
the Months of July and August 2021

a. PNP P.A.T.R.O.L. Plan 2030;

b. Memo from DRDA/Chairman TWG for the PNP P.A.T.R.O.L. Plan 2030
dated April 16, 2019 with subject Monthly Monitoring of the Functionality of
the C/B/PPSMUs, TWGs and ACs by the RPSMU;

c. PNP NHQ CMC from the CPNP dated October 5, 2020 with subject PNP
Unit Certification and Performance Governance Reporting
(Institutionalization Stage): and

d. Memo from CRS/ Chief, RPSMU dated September 9, 2021 with same
subject as above.

2. Attached are the RPSMU tabulation of AC, TWGs and C/PPSMUs for PNP
P.A.T.R.O.L. Plan 2030 of the different PPOs/CPO for the months of July and August
2021.

3. In line with PRO COR’s thrust towards the Institutionalized status, you are
directed to undertake necessary measures to ensure that all offices/units/stations sustain
the implementation of PNP Patrol Plan 2030 for us not to attain a rating below 75 % in
our monthly Functionality

4. Further, take note on the item on submission of Consolidated Compliance to the


COMPLAN (OPR: CCADU) that we were rated low score due to late submission. In this
regard, all station to strictly submit all your compliances on time to avoid deductions
