TERMS OF THE LOAN AGREEMENT
SERVICE CHARGE: Should the bank return the borrower’s electronic payment for any
reason, a onetime service charge shall be levied against the borrower in the amount of
$25.00.
INTEREST ON AN OVERDUE ACCOUNT: If the Borrower does not repay the Total
Amount to be Repaid by the Due Date, interest shall begin accumulating on the Total
Amount Due under the agreement on the day after the DUE DATE at a rate of 30%
APR, prorated to and including the date of actual repayment.*
*All payments will be applied firstly towards legal costs (awarded by the court) incurred
by Cash Money in collecting or attempting to collect such amounts, then the interest
accumulated on the overdue account, then towards the total amount due under the
agreement and then the service charge.
1. The borrower promises to repay Cash Money in cash, by payment card, post-dated
cheque or pre-authorized payment in accordance with the terms of this Loan
Agreement, at any Cash Money Location on the Due Date, the Total Amount to be
Repaid on the Due Date.
2. Upon execution of this Loan Agreement, the Borrower shall provide Cash Money
with a pre-authorized debit (“PAD”) dated the ‘Payment Due Date” for the dollar
value of the “Total Amount Due under the Agreement”.
3. If the Borrower decides to cancel this Loan Agreement, he or she has until the close
of business five (5) days after the Amount Borrowed was advanced to do so. To
cancel the Loan Agreement, the Borrower must complete and submit the Loan
Cancellation Form provided by Cash Money, in addition to repaying the Amount
Borrowed in cash, at any Cash Money location. The PAD will be cancelled at that
time.
4. If the borrower chooses to have the proceeds of their loan funded to an Opt+
MasterCard® (option available to existing cardholders only), the terms and conditions
governing the use of the Opt+ MasterCard® can be viewed on the Opt+ website:
www.myoptplus.ca/terms-of-service. The Opt+ MasterCard® is issued by All Trans
Financial Service Credit Union Ltd, pursuant to licence by Mastercard® International.
5. Any restrictions or exclusions are set forth more specifically in the Opt+ Card Holder
Agreement and can be viewed on the Opt+ website www.myoptplus.ca/terms-of-
service.
6. The Opt+ MasterCard® is a full-featured pre-paid general-purpose reloadable credit
card and can be used wherever MasterCard® is accepted, available at any Cash
Money location.
7. There is no charge to fund the proceeds of the loan onto an Opt+ MasterCard®.
Transaction fees may apply related to the use of the Opt+ MasterCard® and can be
viewed at the Opt+ website: www.myoptplus.ca/prepaid-card-fees.
8. A cardholder may verify the balance on their Opt+ MasterCard® at no charge at any
Cash Money location, by contacting the Opt+ Customer Care Centre toll-free at 1-
855-403-8343, or by logging on to their account at www.myoptplus.ca.

9. To replace a lost or stolen Opt+ MasterCard®, contact the Opt+ Customer Care
Centre toll-free at 1-855-403-8343. A replacement fee will apply charged by the
card issuer: www.myoptplus.ca/prepaid-card-fees
10. Existing cardholders may elect to fund their Opt+ Mastercard® with the proceeds of
any subsequent payday loan agreement.
11. All amounts set out herein are in Canadian Dollars.
12. The Borrower has the right to obtain an additional copy of this Loan Agreement from
Cash Money by requesting it at any time before the end of one year from the end of
the term of this Agreement.

15. This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the Province of
Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. The courts of the Province of
Ontario will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim, dispute or controversy arising
out of or relating to the Agreement or the construction thereof either directly or
indirectly, whether in a contract or in tort or otherwise, or for restitution of whatever
kind, and whether arising pursuant to a statute or regulation, or otherwise.
ATTENTION: This payday loan is intended to address short-term financial needs. The
cost of borrowing for this loan may be significantly higher than credit offered by other
lenders.
If you are not provided with the loan or with a copy of this agreement that complies with
the Act when you enter into the agreement, you may cancel the agreement any time.
For remote payday loan agreement, you may cancel the agreement at any time if you
are not provided with the loan within one hour of entering into the agreement or if you
are not provided with a copy of this agreement that complies with the Act when you
enter into the agreement. You do not have to give a reason for cancelling the
agreement.

To cancel the agreement, you must provide your notice of cancellation, together with
the amount you borrowed, to the business you dealt with to get your loan. If you have
made any payments under the loan, the lender must return those payments to you at
the earliest reasonable opportunity.
*A remote payday loan agreement is one in which the borrower is not present with the
lender or the loan broker when the payday loan agreement is made (e.g. a loan made
over the internet or by phone).
Notwithstanding any language in the payday loan agreement, you may make partial
prepayments at any time and if you are in an extended payment plan the lender must
adjust your future scheduled repayments so that your future repayments are spread
equally over the remaining term of the extended payment plan, unless you request
otherwise when making the prepayment.
You may terminate the extended payment plan at any time by paying the amount owing
in full without any additional charge, fee or penalty.

In this PAD Agreement: “you,” and “your” collectively mean the account holders of the Bank Account described above; “we”,
“us”, and “our” means CURO Canada Corp. o/a Cash Money, its successors, assigns, agents and service providers;
“Agreement” means the Personal Loan Agreement identified above, as it may be amended, modified or renewed; “Bank
Account” means the account described above, or any other account provided by you to us from time to time.
We may debit your Bank Account for the amount of the payment due under the Agreement on or after its due date (“Scheduled
Debit Date”) according to the terms of the Agreement.
If any PAD is denied for any reason including due to non-sufficient funds, payment stopped/recalled, payment refused by you or
your Bank Account being frozen, you further authorize us to represent the item to your bank account listed above for payment
on your next payday. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall be under no liability whatsoever caused by a
dishonoured debit.
You have certain recourse rights if any debit does not comply with this PAD Agreement. For example, you have the right to
receive reimbursement for any debit that is not authorized or is not consistent with this PAD Agreement. To obtain more
information on your recourse rights, you may contact your Financial Institution or visit www.payments.ca.
You warrant and guarantee that all persons whose signatures are required to sign on the Bank Account have signed this PAD
Agreement, that all information provided with respect to your Bank Account is accurate, and you agree to notify us, in writing, of
any change in the Bank Account at least ten (10) business days prior to the next Scheduled Debit Date. You warrant and
guarantee that the signatories to any written notice of change you provide to us will be all such persons as would be required to
sign any cheque drawn on or withdrawal made from the new Bank Account.
You may cancel your authorization under this PAD Agreement at any time orally (if we are able to verify your identity) or in
writing subject to providing us with at least ten (10) days’ notice of cancellation. You may obtain a sample cancellation form or
more information on your right to cancel your PAD Agreement at your financial institution or by visiting www.payments.ca.
However, you agree that cancellation of your PAD Agreement does not terminate, cancel, reduce or vary in any way your
obligations to us under the Agreement.

In this Optional Payment Card Authorization (“Authorization”): “you,” and “your” mean the cardholder on the card; “we”, “us”,
and “our” means CURO Canada Corp. o/a Cash Money, its successors, assigns, agents and service providers; and
“Agreement” means the Personal Loan Agreement identified above, as it may be amended, modified or renewed.
This Authorization is given in connection with the Agreement and is meant to identify all Payment Cards (each a “Card”)
currently associated with you.
Scheduled Payment under the Agreement: By signing below, you agree that we may initiate an electronic payment on any of
the above Cards to collect the scheduled payment under the Agreement (“Scheduled Payment”) on the date set forth in the
Agreement’s payment schedule or in some cases at later times – for example, the day after a holiday or weekend when the
payment would otherwise be due.
Dishonoured Payment: If any electronic payment is denied for any reason including due to payment card declined, payment
card invalid, lost/stolen, you further authorize us to represent the item to your payment card, alternate payment card, or bank
account listed above for payment on your next payday. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall be under no liability
whatsoever caused by a dishonoured debit.
Changing this Authorization: You may change the Card(s) at any time (and may eliminate any or all Cards) by executing a
revised Authorization or using any other method we provide You must visit one of our stores; call us at 1-877-526-6639; write
us at 400 Carlingview Drive, Toronto ON, M9W 5X9; email us at customerservice@cashmoney.ca; or go online to
www.cashmoney.ca. If we allow you to change this Authorization without signing a new Authorization, we may (but need not)
confirm your action in writing.
Cancelling this Authorization: You may cancel this Authorization as to: (1) the Scheduled Payment; (2) Collection Payments; or
(3) both the Scheduled Payment and Collection Payments. To take any such action, you must visit one of our stores; call us at
1-877-526-6639; write us at 400 Carlingview Drive, Toronto ON, M9W 5X9; email us at customerservice@cashmoney.ca; or
use any other method we provide. In no event shall any modification or cancellation of this Authorization be effective with
respect to payment entries processed by us prior to the time we receive a modification or cancellation notice from you and have
a reasonable chance to act on such notice. If you cancel or change this Authorization, we may (but need not) require you to
confirm your action in writing or, alternatively, ourselves confirm your action in writing. You agree that modification or
cancellation of your Authorization does not terminate, cancel, reduce or vary in any way your obligations to us under the
Agreement.
Miscellaneous: You represent, warrant and agree that: (1) you are the legal cardholder for the Card(s); and (2) all information
you provide about your Card(s) or any replacement card(s) is accurate.
Our successors, agents and service providers may exercise our rights under this Authorization.
If we receive information that any Card has been replaced, we may treat the replacement payment card as a Card associated
with you.
