1. Which company owns the system?

Provide the name of the system and the


screenshot of its home page/dashboard.

 Fabien Pinckaers, the founder and current CEO of Odoo, started to develop his first
software product, TinyERP. Three years later, the name was changed to OpenERP. The
company started to grow quickly and in 2010, OpenERP had become a 100+ employee
company.

2. Enumerate five (5) modules available for this system excluding Home/Dashboard.
Describe the specific function of each module.
 Accounting - It provides you with a better view of all areas of the business, and
this enables you to make faster and more accurate decisions that affect the
operations of your company.
 Manufacturing - The implementation of Odoo Manufacturing enables
manufacturers to access critical insights with a few clicks. It enables factory
managers to monitor the following processes in real-time.
 eCommerce - The Odoo e-commerce application allows you to sell your products
through beautiful Online Shop pages and also can make a purchase within few
clicks.
 Operations - Operation types mean, different operations carried out in your
warehouse like Receipts, Internal Transfer, and Delivery Order. These are basic
operations carried out in a warehouse. Operation type will be listed in your
Dashboard. We can also add more custom operations type from the
configuration.
 Inventory - is intended to scale from a few thousands of operations to many
various transactions. It helps businesses manage their products or
assets inventory without any hurdles. Odoo inventory management is the best
double entry integrated inventory & tracking system for warehouse management.

5. Which module do you find the most important? Why?
 I find the most important module for me is Manufacturing because it enables
factory managers to monitor the following processes in real-time.

 None, because it is user friendly, easy to use and to understand
