Greetings:

I am writing to express my intention of applying for the any vacant position at Pamantasan ng Lunsod ng San
Pablo.

I am a graduate of BACHELOR IN SECONDARY EDUCATION MAJOR IN BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES at Dalubhasaan ng


Lunsod ng San Pablo, San Pablo City, Laguna.

I have three years’ experience in teaching at St. Therese Montessori School of San Pablo at Barangay San
Nicolas, San Pablo City, Laguna. I was also a part-time teacher at Dalubhasaan ng Lunsod ng San Pablo, teaching
NSTP-CWTS in First Year College at Teacher Education Department during S.Y 2021-2022.

I am currently employed as a Congressional staff at the District Office of Congressman Loreto S. Amante. My
background includes overseeing administrative operations and staff members while driving office efficiency and
maximizing productivity. From organizing schedules, coordinating payroll and providing customer service. I also
excel at prioritizing tasks, collaborating with peers, and encouraging effective communication and organizational
procedures to realize seamless organizational functioning.

My work also consists of communicating, giving reports, and organizing schedules with different department and
agencies like --- Social Welfare and Development Office at Sta. Cruz, Laguna and Department of Labor and
Employment Regional and Provincial office at Calamba, Laguna. I also work and communicate with different
offices at 3rd District of Laguna like---- Mayor’s Office, PESO, CSWDO/MSWDO and Health Offices.

My skills in general administration and organization, along with my superior team leadership and staff
management abilities, position me to excel for any role at your institution. I would appreciate the chance to
offer more insight into my qualifications. Thank you for your consideration; I look forward to speaking with you
soon.
