Day 1 will include lectures on digital technology, messages from government agencies, and an opening ceremony with the President as guest of honor. Day 2 will feature a partners forum with various government departments and agencies, and a legislative academy with the Vice President as guest of honor. Day 3 will begin with breakfast before participants check out of their hotels.
