Dear Mr. MANISH SHRINGI,


With reference to your application and discussion with us, we are pleased to offer you the position
of “Site- Engineer & Store keeper” in our organization. You will be paid 15000/- (Fifteen Thousand
Rupees) including all allowances with Food and Accommodation. You are requested to join on or
before 05th - April-2023.
Your initial place of posting will be Khambhat (Gujarat) “ONGC Project”.
You shall be governed by the service Rules, Regulations and Policies of the company that are in the
force or will be introduced and/or modified from time to time. Any amendment or modification
thereto shall be binding on you. Either party can terminate the contract of the service by giving one
month written notice or payment in lieu of notice thereof.

You are requested to submit following documents before or at the time of your joining: -
1. Educational Certificates
2. 5 Passport Size Photographs
3. ID Proof (Pan card or Aadhar Card) & Address Proof (Electricity Bill or Ration Card)
4. Previous Employments Document
