GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT

GUIDELINES AND MECHANICS ON E-POSTER MAKING CONTEST

1. The contestant should be officially enrolled for the second semester, AY 2022-2023.

2. The contestant will create an original E-Poster based on the theme: “INKLUSIBONG LIPUNAN AT
PAGKAKAPANTAY NG KASARIAN.”

3. The contestant is free to use any digital materials in making the E-Poster (Canva, Adobe, etc.)

4. The contest opens on March 29, 2023, and the deadline for submission is March 29, 2023 at
3:00 P.M. All entries submitted after the deadline will no longer be accepted.

5. The Office of Extension and Community Services-Gender and Development must receive the entry
via email (erastorga@earist.ph.education).

6. Once your entry is received, you will be acknowledged by the organizers via email. Submissions
with missing documents will be disqualified. The received entry is considered final and complete.

7. The Criteria for Judging are as follows:

a. Originality - 25%
b. Relevance to the Theme - 25%
c. Design and Creative elements - 25%
d. Artistic Technique - 25%

8. The winners will receive a certificate of appreciation and cash prizes:

1st Prize: ₱5,000.00


2nd Prize: ₱3,000.00
3rd Prize: ₱ 1,500.00

9. Entry must be submitted in JPG digital format.

10. The winners will be officially announced on March 31, 2023 via FB and Official EARIST website.

11. All contestants are required to submit their 2x2 I.D. picture to be attached in their entry form.
