3. Authorization to Temporarily Hold 
a. authorize  to  ​temporarily  hold  my  salary  after  ​three  (3)  consecutive 
payouts  ​until  upon  the  completion  and  submission  of  my  BDO  Account

i. It  is  understood  that  it  is  a  company  requirement  for  the  payroll 
process. 
ii. It  is  understood  that  BOLDR  Inc.,  (hereinafter  the  “Company”) 
already communicated this to me. 
 
I  am  aware  that  pay  crediting  takes  at  least  ​three  (3)  banking  days  for  non-BDO 
accounts.  Therefore,  I  understand  that  my  salary  would  be  credited  ​after  at  least 
three  (3)  ​banking  days  from  ​BOLDR  Inc.,’s  ​(hereinafter  the  “Company”)  ​schedule  of 
payroll release.  
 
Moreover,  I  certify that the information provided above is ​true ​and ​correct ​and it is in 
my  full  understanding  that  I  will  not  hold  the  company  accountable  for  any  errors 
that may arise in using such.
